As a Business Development Manager, you will take charge of developing and executing strategies to expand our market presence and achieve growth targets. Your responsibilities will include managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with various teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

- Sales Oversight: Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on business development activities, progress, and achievements, and present findings to senior management.

Requirements
Who are you?
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience: 2-4 years of business development experience, with a proven track record in technology or engineering sectors. Experience in AI or solar industries is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in CRM software and business development tools is advantageous.
