Job Description
As a Junior Design Engineer specializing in solar designs, you will assist in creating and optimizing solar system designs. Your role will involve using engineering tools to develop accurate models, conducting analyses, and supporting senior engineers in delivering high-quality solar solutions.
Your Role:
- Solar Design Development: Assist in designing solar power systems, including panel layouts, system sizing, and component selection.
- Technical Analysis: Perform analyses and simulations to validate design performance and optimize system efficiency.
- Drafting: Create detailed technical drawings and documentation for solar designs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
- Support: Collaborate with senior engineers and other team members to integrate solar design solutions into overall project plans.
- Data Management: Maintain and organize project data, including design files, specifications, and performance reports.

Requirements
Who are you?
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in design engineering, with a focus on solar or renewable energy projects preferred. Familiarity with solar design software is a plus.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of solar system design principles, drafting techniques, and engineering tools. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD or similar is advantageous.
- Attributes: Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
